An End to Dilemma: H1-B

The entire problem with the H1-B discussion is a lack of focus on solutions.

The first step is to assume everyone is right.

1) Americans can and will do any job/profession

2) There are not enough trained, in-training or experienced individuals available

3) The system is corrupted by those who seek cheap labor and can leverage the VISAs to essentially hold hostage the guest worker

4) some of them try to anchor baby themselves here.

Ok, so whadduhek?

If the goal is to get Americans into these jobs a la a battery factory, then a first step is actually parallel.

A1) There needs to be a Vocational Aptitude Test (use the DoW ASVAB) everyone can take it.

A2) give these investing companies tax credits for each American hired and trained overseas equivalent to their take hime pay - these facilities take years to build.

A3) For the unemployed with a 2 or 4 year degree backstop state unemployment from the current 75% to 100% and provide a grant for selected programs in engineering and the hard sciences of course requiring a good GPA or other metric for those universities not using GPA. This also would include adult retraining in Trades.

B) Universities and participating trade schools would be required to guarantee job placement post course completion/graduation/certification.

C) Employer sponsors are always welcome to buy in at any time and would receive tax credits equivalent to their sponsorship of a trainee/student/apprentice.

Those hiring must be given the right incentives. Those who want to be hired must be guided and given similar incentives. It does take time, but it isnt that hard.

A Story: Narrative Control

The subject of today's therapeutic analysis is Time writer, Philip Elliott's latest offering.

We start off the opinion piece generously classified as analysis, though it is more like a TMZ celebtard article.

It starts off with this idea that Trump wanted a "crisis" in CA that he could exploit for political gain. This denies the idea of legitimate actions and seeks to undermine principled action and intentions. No longer can he have good intentions - merely Machiavellian Power Calculation and Megalomaniacal self aggrandizement.

This, folx, is what we call confession by projection. The author is giving you his own motives through the accusation on another. How telling. He smuggles in the idea that the ICE raids were just a vehicle for getting a political showdown with Gov. Newsome and get some red meat politically.

This is retarded - the nugget of reality in this paragraph is that it's not a good look for Gov. Newsome who looks like he's more into having the violence increase rather than to restore social order. Moving on...

The only important piece of this section is the typical tactic of pointing out the age of a law in order to subvert in the reader's mind it's level of appropriateness. 19th century? must be out of date - y'know like the 18th century Constitution! So old! We hate Old! Old is bad! Your parent's suck and don't know shit kids! (they do this all the time.) It is obviously horseshit if you think about it because the standard they are applying is that only a standard invented now in the moment is good and only for that moment because now is then. When is now? Now! When? You just missed it!

The lawsuit is just a tactic to try and get a stay or TRO or some other garbage - but it won't work given the emergency state of things in LA and the restrained use of power. The propaganda starts with the J6 reference - Trump never "unleashed" anything of the sort, it's a filthy smear. There was no insurrection. There was a riot. There was no plan, no planning at all - unlike these riots which appear to have funding and organization.

Then he engages in blame shifting - that somehow it's Trump who has brought the riots on himself by ***GASP*** enforcing basic immigration law.. No it is those interfering with law enforcement that are acting criminally. What a strange way to view the world. Part of teh "character" of immigration is who DOESN'T get to immigrate. Who doesn't is literally everyone. Like... there are limits, there is a legal process and it takes time.

The vague reference to the poem on the statue of liberty - literally has nothing to do with the statue itself but is conflated with being so. Nor is it nor has it ever been the policy to flood the nation with constant waves of never ending migration from across the planet with literally zero controls.

The previous administration was literally engaged in human trafficking and that is only beginning to be undone - and all the right people are screeching. Your boo's mean nothing, I have seen what makes you cheer.

Spitting is assault. If you assault an officer expect it to come back at you and hard. His reaction to BLM causing billions of dollars in damage across the nation with rioting for an entire season was not impertinent - it was far too soft. BLM ended up being just another scam that helped only the founding organizers launder corporate and individual donor money into their pockets. No black person in the USA was helped by this sham of an organization - the founders even bought themselves the former Canadian Communist Party HQ using donated funds. Never mind enriching their own real-estate profiles.

Protests are not "in response" they are a planned mobilization as part of a broad strategy to get in the way of President Trump. The Summer of Love 2.0 was long ago predicted and the rent-a-mobs are showing up for a good ole time.

Mostly peaceful? Trotting that gas lighting shit out again? By that standard Jan. 6 was mostly peaceful. The last sentence is simple trash opinion and not fact.

Letting what play out? the unlawful assembly and violent targeting of Federal Officers? This sounds like the talk of a rapist, "shhhh just lay back, let it happen and remember to breathe." the White House in declaring it an illegal demonstration - informs those demonstrators that they should probably stop being violent and leave before consequences get worse ( And they have

Why the governor of CA is fighting on the side of illegal aliens, many of whom are also criminals. The proper punishment for being in the USA illegally is...being deported. It's a civil process and a ride home a very gentle way of being punished. Imagine you broke into someone's house and all they did was call an Uber and have you get inside? That's deportation. In some cases it's more like getting kicked out of a bar at closing time. You don't have to go home, but you can't stay here.

Mayor Bass and Governor Newsome in their strident opposition to simply ALLOWING ICE to do their duty, have become conspirators fanning the flames of chaos, not the President who is enforcing the law. The reality is far worse and the author here continues his gaslighting.

They had in mind that the left is insane and is behaving irrationally and may have to be confronted with force. The author is hoping that the protesters can out-will-power or out-media-play the Trump admin. The problem now is that his ilk don't have, as Hillary Clinton would say, "...Total Control..."

Power Rival? to DC? Ok now I know it's an insurrection. The author out and out admits it here. If Newsome thinks that pro-criminal riots are going to set him up nicely for a 2028 run he is extraordinarily mistaken. Trump's polling numbers are still rising amidst this. Yes, we voted for this. In reference to the aforementioned lawsuit by Newsome - who attempted to judge shop in the Northern District rather than the Central or Eastern in CA, was rejected by the judge in that there will be no TRO, and parties are ordered to present arguments. It's going to go away.

Upswing... Upswing Deez Nuts
